Noble Supply & Logistics is a logistics firm headquartered in Boston which claims to provide “a supply chain like no other, whatever the product, whatever the need.” The product and need are often determined by the US war machine. As the company states on its website:
Noble’s global supply chain was designed to support the U.S. military and government worldwide.” The company website also states that “Noble delivers material on and to every continent using our network of proven carriers for land, air, sea, and rail transportation…Utilizing U.S.-flag carriers, Noble expedites shipments to military and government customers through the Maritime Administration's Cargo Preference programs, ensuring sealift capability in wartime and during other national emergencies.” The company also boasts about “using strategically-located distribution centers in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East, we specialize in sourcing and delivering to war zones, natural disaster sites, and military bases around the world.
As of March 2022, Noble Supply & Logistics has received $1.70 billion from US Department of Defense contracts for the provision of products and services to the US Army, Navy, Air Force and other branches of the US war machine, as well as $14.86 million from contracts to serve the US Department of Homeland Security, which is the parent agency of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) . And there are more funds to come, given that in June 2021 Noble was allocated over $263 million by the Defense Logistics Agency to service the US military and its various wings.
